Q1: How do I create a B2B account on Aliwala.in?

A: Visit aliwala.in, download and install the Aliwala app from the Google Play Store, and click "Register as Business." Provide your business details, GST number, and upload required documents as required during the registration process in the app. These may or may-not include the following if required (GST certificate, business license, PAN card). Our team will verify and approve your account within 24-48 hours.

Q2: What is the minimum order value and do you offer bulk discounts?

A: Minimum order value is ₹1,000. We offer tiered bulk discounts: 5% on orders above ₹10,000, 8% above ₹25,000, and 12% above ₹50,000. Free shipping available on orders above ₹2,500.

Q3: What payment methods do you accept?

A: All payments will be processed by trusted and secure third party payment channel(s). We accept net banking, credit/debit cards, UPI, digital wallets, and RTGS/NEFT for bulk orders. We may also offer 15-30 day credit terms for verified customers with regular orders above ₹25,000.

Q4: What are your delivery timeframes?

A: Metro cities: 1-2 business days, State capitals: 2-3 business days, Other cities: 3-5 business days, Remote areas: 5-7 business days. Same-day delivery available in select metros for orders placed before 12:00 PM.

Q5: Can I return or exchange products?

A: Yes, returns are allowed within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Exchanges available for defective items or wrong deliveries within 48 hours. Customized products cannot be returned.

A: Yes, we offer 15-day credit terms for orders above ₹25,000 and 30-day terms for monthly orders above ₹50,000. Apply after completing 3 successful orders with required financial documents.

Q9: What if I need urgent delivery?

A: Use our express delivery option, contact support for priority processing, or opt for same-day delivery in metros. We can arrange special courier services for critical orders with additional charges.
